Refund & Returns Policy
If you're not happy with your Skin for any reason — or if you've ordered the wrong model by mistake — we'll happily refund you.
Simply return the product within 14 days of receiving it in new, unused condition. Please include a note inside the parcel with your name, delivery address, and order number so we can process your refund quickly.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a nominated third party) receive the last item in your order.
- Unfulfilled orders: You may cancel directly from your account before your order is fulfilled.
- Fulfilled orders: You may request a return from your order page within the withdrawal period.
We will reimburse all payments received, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
