SHIPPING TIMES
The shipping times shown on the next page are estimated transit times provided by the courier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
International shipments can occasionally be delayed by customs, security checks, local postal networks or other circumstances after dispatch.
Tracking will be provided where applicable, and we will always assist if an order becomes significantly delayed or is ultimately considered lost.
CUSTOMISED ORDERS
Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
This includes products containing custom names or numbers and items ordered through Create Your Own.
